(as a relative),

My father has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s recently and has had the most amazing care and support from the Parkinson’s nurse in the community for northern trust

Thank you for your feed back, I will ensure this is communicated with the NHSCT Parkinson's nursing team.

The nurses work very hard to ensure their patients receive appropriate care, this feed back is very encouraging for them. I hope all is well with your father
