"Excellent Care"

About: NHS Lothian / South East Scotland Breast Screening Centre

(as the patient),

I attended my breast screening at the mobile unit at Falkirk Community Hospital and what a vast difference from my last visit when I wasn't even asked my name as the staff were too busy chatting to each other with no reassurance given. This left me worried about my upcoming appointment.

I needn't have worried the two ladies this visit were polite, friendly, chatty and reassuring  after the examination I felt dizzy and they looked after me.
