(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Just a note from all our family to express our heartfelt thanks for your tender care given to our relative. It gave us such comfort knowing everything was done for him to make him as comfortable as possible. Also, thanks for looking after our family whilst on the ward. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so so much for everything. With all our love to all the staff.
