"Communicating with Confidence course"

About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This course used different ways of learning which I really liked. It was dynamic and I liked the changes made. It definitely really helped me to learn at my own pace. I found it moved to different subjects (I liked how much was covered). The things I learnt, I know I will use. The course really covered a lot of different areas of the subjects. It met the aims as I could think about lots of related things.

I would really recommend this course to anyone else.
