"X-ray and CT scans - Vale of Leven Hospital, Alexandria"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Xrays and Scans (Radiology)

(as the patient),

Immersive Reader

I received an appointment for a chest X-ray that I wouldn't have been able to attend due to holiday commitments.  The hospital re-arranged my appointment for today following a quick call.  After that call, I received another appointment for a CT scan (also for when I was away).

Instead of calling, I took that letter in and discussed it with the lady at the X-ray reception desk.

The lady (my apologies - I didn't note her name) sorted a CT scan for me straight after my X-ray.

Personally speaking, I thought it was brilliant, as were all the staff doing both scans.  All friendly and all helpful.

I really appreciated everything that was done today, brilliant hospital with brilliant staff.

Dear CJLHelensburgh

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was happy to hear we were able to re-arrange your appointment dates, so you could have your chest X-Ray and CT Scan on the same day, after you returned from your holiday.

It was nice to hear how the staff took good care of you during your scans and you found everyone to be helpful and friendly.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to the staff who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had such a pleasant experience while under their care.

I hope you had a lovely holiday and thanks again this really means a lot to the staff.

Kind regards

Kevin
