I had a great experience in the ENT department with Mr Hilmi, both with his team at the GRI and the QEUH, where I had the procedure itself. Excellent service and communication throughout. I was made to feel incredibly reassured by Mr Hilmi and his team at the GRI. When it came to the procedure itself, in the QEUH, it was brilliant. All the staff made me feel at ease. Not having had many anaesthetics in my life, I felt astease with the anesthesia team (I believe the doc was Grant and the nurse Karen) Great stuff in recovery too.
The staff in 11B, where I recovered were fantastic. Laura and Lana on day shift and another Laura on night shift.
Communication, again, was brilliant. The room was spotless and even the WIFI worked! Procedure was a success and home to recuperate.
Without doubt, it could not have been a better experience, considering the circumstances. A huge thanks to all involved.
"Excellent service and communication"
