My son went in for a tonsillectomy in May and the treatment he received was amazing. The anaesthetist we seen was incredible he handled my sons questions well - down to what size of the tube he was going to intubate with.
HCSW Hazel ensured my son had loads to eat post op as he was starving. We were kept in overnight as we stay far away and he started vomiting blood at 6am the nurse Gayle was so caring and compassionate and kept him calm.
The day nurse Stacey was so nice nothing was a problem and HCSW Chris went above and beyond. The whole team was incredible nothing was ever a problem. Thank you to all domestics, secretaries, HCSW, play assistants, nursing team, medical team and not forgetting the Consultant who carried out the procedure Dr Florea (he still goes on about how he wanted to keep the tonsils). Thank you all for going above and beyond.
"My son went in for tonsillectomy and the treatment was outstanding."
