About: Crosshouse Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

My Mother and I attended the Respiratory clinic today, My mother being the Patient. 

While we were in the waiting area, we were called for by a male Nurse who I can say had the most welcoming smile and attitude I have ever seen in my life. 

During my mum's appointment we could not believe our eyes and ears, CNS Chris was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything in great detail to us and smiled the whole time. The most caring, compassionate, friendly and professional manor we have ever experienced in Crosshouse Hospital.  What a difference this makes as my mum is very anxious attending hospital appointments. Chris made my mum feel at ease from start to finish.

Chris mentioned he's not long joined the trust, and I can honestly say he is fabulous in every way, A credit to NHS Ayrshire and Arran and Respiratory should be very proud to have him in their department/team. 

Chris it was a pleasure to meet you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care, time and attention that you gave my mum, keep being you, absolutely outstanding!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your Mother’s healthcare experience whilst attending the Respiratory Clinic at University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am delighted to hear that your mum had such a positive experience. It will be my pleasure to share your lovely feedback with the Respiratory Team, and in particular with CNS Chris to give recognition for his exemplary care and treatment. When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear such positive feedback from our patients.
