Dear Sir / Madam - I recently suffered a posterior vitreous detachment and was advised to visit ED immediately. I was then referred on to the Eye Casualty department at RCHT (Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust) and was fortunate enough to be processed & seen by Staff Nurse Malgozata. and then referred on to prior to seeing the Specialty Doctor on duty - Mr. Muhammad.
I was extremely impressed by the Staff Nurse's manner, professionalism and efficiency - a credit to nursing and the organisation at RCHT.
Similarly, Dr. Muhammad was both reassuring and very thorough in his examination - all of this as a stream of probably more urgent eye patients were being added to his list.
Both these fine professionals are a credit to RCHT.
Yours sincerely,
Treatment
