(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I've been coming here since January 2023. By February I had managed 2 months sober and have found listening to everyone else at Inclusion has helped. I have found it difficult not working and not driving and getting bored. I found the input from others in the Inclusion groups really helpful. I really like talking to people, it really helps.
