About: Older people's healthcare / Stroke Unit Ward 40

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Extremely anxious in the stroke ward and had great empathy from nurse Patience.  had reason to contact the ward about medication after discharge.Spoke with SN Jayne.felt reassured by her professional approach and knowledge.

Thank you for taking the time to share the feedback received regarding patient care on ward 40. Lovely to hear that staff nurses Patience and Jayne have been recognised for showing empathy and professionalism. I will share this lovely feedback with them both.
