"A real asset to the team"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I have been seen for a few sessions by Jayne, senior physiotherapist. From my first session Jayne assessed me thoroughly (over 2 sessions). I was instantly comfortable, at ease and very receptive to Jaynes bedside manner. Jayne has provided much relief to my Bertolotti syndrome  and has given constructive advice to fit with my active lifestyle.

I’m sorry to be moving to Orkney and ending my sessions, Jayne is a true professional who emulates the NHS core values and a real asset to the team at GRI.

Dear allys coffee

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

It was very pleasing to hear how Jayne took the time to make you feel comfortable during each of your sessions and provided you with some constructive advice to fit with your active lifestyle.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to Jayne and the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience while under her care.

Good luck with your move to Orkney. It's a lovely place.

Kind regards

Kevin
