"Caring friendly service"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had an appointment this morning at the Respiratory Hub Ward 22 with caring and attentive workers. The appointment was with Rachel and someone whose name I cannot remember, my memory is not great at remembering names. They both explained what was going to happen so I wasn't in the dark and eased my mind.

Then after the scan we had a friendly chat. I then had to give blood, enough to fill five tubes, this was done by Cherie. I'm very difficult to find a vein, but Cherie found a vein easily and I never even felt the prick to get into the vein.

If the rest of the staff are as good as these ladies, then they deserve a big thank you from me and any other patient!
