"Excellent care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as the patient),

I recently had an outpatient appointment at Plastic Surgery with Mr  Telfer. I can not express enough the fantastic manner in which Mr Telfer treats his patients and explains everything in an in a manner that a patient understands. All delivered in a polite and professional way.

It is also worthy of note that Mr Telfer's secretary Angela goes above and beyond in order to accommodate patients who require to be seen.

Some who hold positions as "lead" and are as far removed from nursing as I am may do well to learn to learn from outpatient clinics who support Mr Telfer in providing excellent care.
