"Professional patient centred approach reassures my mother"

About: Victoria Hospital / Haematology/Oncology Day Unit

(as a relative),

My mother currently attends the Rada unit in the Victoria hospital in Kirkcaldy Fife twice a week as ongoing treatment.

The nurses Angela and Anne who work there are exceptional at their job. The treatment they provide is invaluable and the manner in which they provide it is excellent. Their professional patient centred approach reassures my mother and is greatly appreciated.

The clinic allows my mother to spend minimal time in the hospital for her treatment thus more precious time at home with her family and friends.

Dear Annon68,

This is wonderful feedback to receive, thank you so much for taking the time to post this and for the very personal thank you to the two staff named, we will ensure they receive a copy.

It is so important that we have these facilities whereby patient's can be cared for in Hospital within an ambulatory setting so they can enjoy as much time out of Hospital as possible,

Thank you again for your heartfelt feedback - it really is appreciated!
