Dr Farah Samad is a life saver when she called me for appointment she within no time assessed the severity she advised me to call 999 but I refused because of my 2 young children she then explained how important for me to call 999 I agreed but then I didn’t call as I was looking after my kids she called me again to check but till then I didn’t called the ambulance she got worried about me she kept telling me to call 999 but then she go above and beyond and she called ambulance on my behalf and within few mins ambulance was with me and when paramedic came they said your GP is a life saver as we urgently need to take you to hospital I went to hospital in the ambulance they tried constant nebulisation I reached hospital and had arrest I went to HDU after 5 days I came home and then again dr Farah called me to find out how I am doing and arranged a follow up for me

Dr Farah samad NHS need more doctors like you you are an angel God bless you I don’t have more words to thank that I am alive because of you

I had bad experience with this practice in the past please follow a human pattern like dr Farah did please respect us and learn how to give respect to patients from dr Farah samad if she is so good why can’t you all doctors be at least she is light of hope for us patients
