"I was very nervous about the procedure"

About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

I went into the Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy to have my nephrostomy tube changed. I was very nervous about the procedure even though I’ve had it done before. I was put at ease by every member of staff that day (Dr Pillai, Julie, Emma, Laura, Lisa, Eilidh and Rachel) and just want to say thank you to them all for being so caring.

It is lovely to hear that the staff were able to put you at ease. Returning to hospital for a repeat procedure can be quite daunting and we are glad you were being cared for by good caring staff.
