"So thankful for the relief"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

When I phoned the unit to ask if they could help me there was no hesitation in telling me to come into the unit straight away. I was having radiotherapy and I was suffering with burns which felt very painful, they contacted Exeter hospital who told them the treatment I needed and this was carried out straight away. The relief I had was unbelievable, I was out of pain straight away, thank goodness for this unit they are fantastic. I want to thank each and everyone involved in my care.
