About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5

(as a service user),

I have been on the Hematology ward now a good while. I must say they have a great bunch of staff on the ward, all the girls are so pleasant and the care is second to none.

The food is decent, I eat as much as I can but I do think the portions are rather big.

The facilities are all really good, my room is very spacious and bright.

Communication with staff is good.

My room is cleaned beautifully the cleaners are so friendly too.
