"Professional and friendly atmosphere"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Fracture Liaison Clinic

(as the patient),

I was referred to Fracture Clinic at FVRH, Larbert, for an ankle support.

The 2 nurses,  Magi and Louise, were great. Reassuring, pleasant and professional, taking time to explain the process. Nothing was an effort for them.

The atmosphere in the department was professional and friendly and the staff seemed to work well with each other.

Dear atlasrc64,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your positive feedback. We do try to make the department a pleasant place to visit despite it's busy nature. We also try to deliver care in a patient centred way so it is pleasing to hear that your visit was a positive experience. It will be my pleasure to pass on your comments to the staff involved.

Kind regards

Kevin McCloskey
