I attended today for a colonoscopy, referred from the NI Bowel Screening service. I want to pay particular thanks and praise the great work of the team, but especially Nurses Jeanette and Norah and student nurse Jody. They were kind, considerate and reduced the anxiety felt by all the patients I saw them interact with. Norah is a very efficient and effective Nurse, but it is her humanity that sets her out for particular thanks.
