"Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I attended the above unit in the early afternoon and met two very pleasant and helpful nurses who clearly explained the procedure and advised me immediately of the favourable outcome. The whole process only took a few minutes and could not have been improved upon.

My thanks to all involved for offering the screening service and for how well it was delivered by Queen Margaret Hospital.

My former neighbour had a large AAA that required intervention, so I am very aware of how important it is to take up the invitation for screening when it is offered to you.

Dear Arnold S

Thank you very much for these kind words. It really means a lot to our team to get such positive feedback and it also provides reassurance to staff that they are doing a great job.

I will be sure to let the team involved with your screening at Queen Margaret Hospital know of the good experience you have had.

Thank you for taking the time to post this positive message.
