About: The Ulster Hospital / Paediatric Outpatients

(as a parent/guardian),

My young daughter had a great experience with the Ulster Allergy Team.  We received timely and consistent Dietetic support whilst we were on the waiting list and an excellent and co-ordinated service during our first appointment. 

The Consultant was understanding and thorough, allergy testing was quick on the day, and the nursing support for managing our allergy plan was lovely. 

We've been through a similar system in a large hospital and this service at the Ulster excelled in comparison. I feel supported as a parent and know I can easily access advice as needed.  Thank you for developing a co-ordinated MDT approach for your patients.

Thank you so much for your complimentary comments regarding our children's allergy service. I am so glad that you have felt supported to manage your daughter's allergic conditions and that you have also been able to access dietetics.
