"I am looked after with care and attention."

About: East Antrim / Hospital Diversion Nursing Team

(as a service user),

I am treated by hospital Diversion team of nurses. + receive 1 or 2 blood units each week. I also have a pic line. Blood transfusion can be from 2 -> 4 hrs long. I am looked after with care and attention and love because treated as if I am part of a family. I am monitored while I am there. They come on Mon to take blood to see what my haemoglobin is and then get blood 2 days after, I am so thankful that I get mine at Robinson Hospital.

HI

My name is Catherine and I manage the Hospital Diversion nursing teams

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback.

I am pleased to hear that you can come to your local clinic to have your blood transfusions.. I know there is a friendly atmosphere and I have no doubt you are well looked after by the staff

Kind regards

Catherine
