"It feels like a tick list exercise"

About: The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

The doctors are never available, they also keep rejecting my monthly medication which then cause me stress and have to go a long process to get my meds.

Really not good, not sure how much they actually care about patient's experiences here. It feels more like a tick list exercise always!

Update posted by equuleusjd49 (a service user)

I have contacted directly on many occasions without once receiving a reply!

I wish I could get in contact directly. But unfortunately I can never get through.

The practice has never responded to my complaints - not once have I received a reply. On one occasion I was even told I should consider changing GP because I was complaining, when I did finally see someone face to face.

The practice should start caring for patients, the paper work involved to get a telephone appointment is ridiculous! The harder they make it to contact them, the less patients will get a successful appointment!
