"Support with my employer"

I was referred to Thurrock IPS as I have been struggling with some issues at work. My ES, Julie wrote to my employer and supported me to get a reasonable adjustment which helped me with my anxiety and some concerns I had regarding an off site meeting.

My employer recognised the importance of my mental health and the support that Thurrock IPS was giving and I hope that this will continue.

Julie then checked in with me to ensure that things are still going well and we will continue to have contact so that if or when I need support when I return to work after the summer break it is already in place.

Just knowing the support is there is a comfort to me and knowing I can call Julie and she will help where she can is a relief and makes me a little less anxious.

Thank you Thurrock IPS and especially Julie.

Julie has been wonderful and has been one of the most supportive people I have met in my life. She is wonderful and is real credit to the organisation. She has made me very valued and has listened to and responded to all my queries and thoughts. She has reacted very efficiently and is the most professional and supportive manner.
