"NIAS - Excellent patient care"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a service user),

I received exceptionally good service from paramedics Peter and Paul when they attended a call out to my home and transported me to Altnagelvin hospital. They were empathetic, gave a thorough handover to A&E and went above and beyond to ensure I was calm and comfortable. Peter even came back to check up on me after another call out when I was still waiting in A&E to be seen by a doctor.

Dear blackbirdjt94,

I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to share your experience of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. It is heartening to learn of the exceptionally good service delivered by Peter and Paul. Feedback such as this lift the morale of the paramedics in what is a challenging period, and I would therefore like to share your feedback with Peter and Paul

In order to locate them I would require the following information:

Date and approximate time of the incident The address the ambulance was dispatched to

If you are happy to share this information, please contact me at neil.gillan@nias.hscni.net. Thank you once again for your valued feedback and I wish you the best with your recovery.

Best wishes,

Neil
