"Waste of time"

Called 111 who deemed i shpuld speak to a out of hours within 2 hrs and potentially go a&e if i got worse etc, waited 4 hrs for a really rude dr tell me my syptoms were due to a panic attack (didnt know panic attcks lasted 12 hrs with only a brief period of worry) and that if i was worried about my iron levels to get them checked monday... not sure if anyone can get a blood test that quick the way things are currently.... i tried to get some sleep and woke after a hr feeling worse meaning a trip to a&e, if i had known what the dr was gonna be like id of gone a&e sooner rather than wait to almost keeling over, really not happy
