(as the patient),

Appointment with nurse practitioner Lesley - very short wait between referral and getting appointment which was great at a stressful time. Lesley was very reassuring and gave lots of information about reducing risk of breast cancer. I was copied into the clinic letter which had a QR code to access video resources on trust website. Great service, excellent resource.
