Admin team are lovely

They don't have a single doctor that can help with transgender related issues failing to read my notes and follow care plans

Thank you for your review. I will pass on your comments about the Admin team, thank you.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the clinical staff in terms of transgender related issues. Our Operations Manager will be in touch with you shortly to discuss how we can work together to improve our services. In the meantime, I will be recirculating our Pride in Practice training and guidance from the LGBT Foundation to all clinicians and discussing at our next Learning Event Meeting.
