"The care and treatment I had was Rolls Royce"

I had a mastectomy done following admission to the Same Day Admission Unit.

All of the staff I encountered were kind, considerate and very professional. Starting from the hospital orderlies who gave me directions. The ward staff were lovely, the theatre staff were so skilled, made me feel confident and relaxed, from the person who escorted me to theatre to the anaesthetics nurse and anaesthetists, who were wonderful.

The anaesthetic itself was excellent, I felt very little discomfort and went home comfortable a few short hours later. I didn't think it was possible!

The surgery was done by a very skilled surgeon. The care and treatment I had was Rolls Royce, I doubt I could have got better anywhere else. Not enough can be said about how positive my experience was.
