"The staff are always very welcoming"

About: Western General Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I have been attending this unit for about 10 years now, and I would like to say how great the staff are here and always very welcoming. With living so far way it is quite a journey, but always worthwhile as they have helped sorting my problems out and are always flexible with appointments if the buses are early or late on this long journey.  The unit is easy to find and always seems fresh and modern with a nice touch of a sandwich available if you have missed breakfast or lunch due to an early start. Thank you all for all you do for me and keep up the good work.
