About: Advocacy Support Cymru Cefn Coed Hospital / Mental Illness

(as the patient),

I am so thankful for how much the advocacy in Swansea supported and helped throughout my stay in hospital. Especially the last advocate I had, Dawn. She empowered me to have my own voice, was informative, polite mannered and knowledgeable. Truly a wonderful all rounder. It was a pleasure working with her and I am truly grateful. She is an asset to anyone receiving her expertise and her colleagues should be proud. I always advocate the advocacy service to any patient I have met as they can make such a difference in supporting you. I am even thinking that it is a role I would passionately pursue!
