"Reassurance, professionalism and empathy"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy, and after having a previous bad experience, this was the complete opposite. I would like to thank Dr Sengupta, Betty and Emma for their reassurance, professionalism and empathy. They were amazing. Additionally, SN Maria for her reassurance and sense of humour. Finally, the recovery team for their care and attention.

Thank you very much honeybun, for taking the time to share your story about your colonoscopy on care opinion. I am pleased that this time round was a positive experience and the team were all reassuring for you. I will be delighted to pass on to Dr Sengupta and the rest of the team your positive feedback regarding your care.

I hope you are recovering well.

Kind Regards

Vivien
