About: Bromley Healthcare / Bladder and bowel management (continence)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have suffered chronic constipation for years and years since having MS. The Bladder & Bowel specialist nurse assessed me and advised trying transanal irrigation. She arranged this for me and I was taught how to do it. This has totally transformed my bowel and my life. I can now go out with confidence and not worry. My life is not fixed around the toilet anymore.
