About: At Medics - the Loxford Practice

I don’t understand this gp. You call to get to appointment and the admin act like there the doctor. You have to get very confrontational with just to see the doctor. There job is to book people to see the doctor not act like there a doctor otherwise we would waste our time calling or coming to the clinic. When people call for an appointment you should just take there details and book it’s not there job to give medication and medical advice.
