"I love how empowered I feel to reach my full potential"

At the end of April 2023. I began receiving support from Inclusion (New Forest). Since this time I have been able to get myself clean and sober - I am 5 days away from my 30days!

Before meeting Lynsey and Jason, I felt overwhelmed, isolated, and really was at my rock bottom. Knowing I now have somewhere to go once a week that provides me with a non-judgemental, safe, and supportive environment has given me the strength to be honest with myself and to start rebuilding my life.

The process group work we do on a Thursday has given me a support network in which I have felt safe enough to share my thoughts, feelings and processes openly. I love how empowered I feel to reach my full potential in that room.

Jason provides a space which has the perfect balance of challenge, empathy and compassion. Both him and Lynsey are passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable and I know that without them I wouldn't be where I am now.

Jason encouraged me to start attending NA and went out of his way to put me in touch with someone who was waiting for me at my first meeting. Without this I am not sure I would have had the confidence to take that first step. My journey with NA so far has been life changing.

The acupuncture and meditation has also been a very interesting experience, I have ADHD and instantly feel calmer when the session starts. I have had some quite intense emotional responses at times but both Lynsey and Jason provide a space where I feel safe enough to ride these out and I always leave Ringwood feeling grounded.

I am about to start the Mindfulness relapse prevention course which I know will be the icing on the cake for me!

I do believe that everything in life happens for a reason, and that we will receive the things we need in life as and when we are ready.

I will forever be grateful to Inclusion, Jason and Lynsey for the help, support and love I have received over the last 7 weeks.
