About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

Trauma is a great ward, I have had a great stay so far, it is like a hotel. The staff are so pleasant and helpful.

The staff are very respectful and keep my family well updated.

The nurses and assistants are so kind and help me with my iPad and connecting to the internet so I can keep myself entertained.

I have enjoyed having visitors in and also using the virtual visiting service to keep in contact with my family and friends who aren't able to make the journey to come and see me. 

The food is great and the ward is kept clean.

To know that the staff have been kind, helpful and that they have communicated so well is very reassuring. The staff all work so hard to ensure our patients are content and comfortable and I am delighted this has been the case for you. I will pass on your lovely feedback to all the staff.
