"Dad seems to be less anxious and more orientated"

About: New Victoria Hospital / 23 Hour ward (ward3)

(as a relative),

We were very apprehensive about the move to the New Victoria hospital, however in the short time that my dad has been in the ward, the care received has been so different to the previous ward in the QEUH that he had previously been in for a few weeks. Ward 3 is calm and welcoming, the staff that we’ve met so far, supportive, happy to help and nothing seems to be a bother. Communication with staff has been welcomed. Dad seems to be less anxious and more orientated than he has been in the last few weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to provide positive feedback for the staff in NVH 3. The team are delighted that you felt welcomed and supported. I will pass on to SCN Gallagher and the team that communication has been effective. We wish your dad all the best. Thank you again for your kind comments.

Kind Regards
