About: Isle of Wight Ambulance Service

(as a service user),

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the two female paramedics who attended my flat and took me into hospital recently. One of their names was Sharon, unfortunately I have forgotten the other name. But the care and reassurance both paramedics was exceptional. They made me feel so well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even checked on me whilst I was still in hospital.

Many thanks for taking the time to post this positive feedback about our Ambulance Service. I was sorry to hear that you needed their services but am so glad to read that you were treated well by the team, and that in such worrying times you had a positive experience.
