"I fractured my hip resulting in a weeks stay in hospital after a hip replacement"

I fell off my bike and fractured my hip. I am such an independent person and used yo just going out when I wanted, but due to my injury I was unable to get out and about and felt isolated.

I was referred to the Wishaw Rehab Team for ongoing physiotherapy at home to help progress my mobility.

I was seen by a really lovely person Freda from the team who was always pleasant and gave great advice. She was very supportive and encouraged me on every visit. Due to her advice, great care and attention and being helpful I am getting stronger every day. Many thanks Freda.
