Service has tanked. Rock bottom.
It takes over an hour to get through.
Receptionist hung up on me when I insisted on speaking to a gp.
Dr on duty did not even have the courtesy to call just sent a random text telling me to repeat a process I have already done and providing incomplete information.
Sent emails didn't receive a reply.
Treatment room, nurses, certain drs (esp pediatric) are top notch if you can get through.
I wouldn't recommend for all round care and peace of mind. It will deteriorate your mental health.
