"I can't put into words how grateful I am"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as the patient),

I am hopeful that I will be getting out this evening of the QE Glasgow, but this morning I am laying in bed (ward 4) reflecting in tears, to a few things but mostly the kindness, respect, skill and dedication of all the staff from Surgeons, consultants, doctors, nurse, auxiliary nurses (I may have missed a dept) that have looked after me while I have been here.

The knowledge the staff have is incredible, every single person is interested in how you are/ I mean actually interested. I was greeted every morning with a good morning and how are you?

I can't put into words how grateful I am but also how in awe i am as a person of these people.

To these people it's not just a job.....it's more.

Dear Stephen6536,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience in the Renal services. I am so pleased to hear your stay has been filled with respect, care and compassion. I will pass on your kind words and I know the team will be delighted and very proud to hear your feedback. I hope you are feeling better and managed to get home tonight.
