"Onwards & upwards! :)"

I've been on drugs since I was a teenager, because I never had anyone to speak to about my problems on a personal level.

It took 10 years on drugs and selling drugs to end up in jail and realise what I've done with my life,

Thanks to DARS (Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service) I've had someone to talk to and do booklets to see on paper. I wasted to much of my life doing these things which I regret. I've embarrassed myself and most of all my family,

I've now worked on myself and got a well paid job lined up on my release and a brilliant family to support me on my new journey, so a massive thank you to my support worker in the DARS community.

Onwards & upwards! :)
