"Amazing experience"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Mum was transferred to Ward 52 and the experience has been amazing the staff cannot do enough for the patient and the family.

It makes me feel assured and happy to leave at night time as we feel she is being looked after.

In ward 52 this has been the best experience under the circumstances.

Dr Robertson has been very clear and honest always in a nice way.

One of the nurses who stands out is Nicola she has been very caring and very compassionate.

All staff treat me mum like their own. It has actually been lovely and to be celebrated. Under the circumstances it has been a great experience.

It really has made a difference to us, the family.

Overall the experience of staff has been lovely and warm.

The ward has created nice memories of how we have been treated and overall how my mum is being cared for

Thankyou for sharing this feedback on the care received in Ward 52. I am so pleased that the care and compassion of the staff have made what has been a difficult time a little better. I know the staff pride themselves on the care they give and Dr Robertson will be pleased to know that his care is helping you all.
