"Staff are absolutely wonderful they explain everything that they do for me"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Up here in hematology has been really very good so far really no massive problems with a thing that i have seen from anything so far. I have had not a single issue with the staff that i have looking after me on he ward and they genuinely couldnt be better. They have been excellent so far i really am pleased with everything that i have seen from them. Staff are absolutely wonderful they explain everything that they do for me

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the care you have been receiving on our ward. We really appreciate it. I am so glad you haven't had any issues and are feeling well looked after by our wonderful team. I am happy to read that everyone has been taking their time so explain everything to you. I hope this has put you ease while in our care.
