About: Rise Park Surgery

Despite the negative press regarding GP services I was pleasantly surprised with the service I have received recently. I used the triage facility for the first time and found it to be very straight forward to complete and submit. I got a prompt response and satisfactory follow up action. The staff at the surgery were all very polite and efficient and I am happy with the support I received.
