A great bunch of people that genuinely care!  My daughter was in today for an ear procedure and all the staff we came into contact with were fantastic.  The lovely lady with the gentle, calm nature that let us through the door in the morning and showed us to our bay, the whole anaesthetic team (the guy in the round Harry Potter glasses is just fab), all the HCAs and support staff, the cleaning team who were working non-stop to ensure a tidy and comfortable environment, and not forgetting the doctors, nurses and consultant who actually explained what would happen and carried out the procedure and recovery.  You were all amazing.  Thank you for looking after us so well.

What lovely feedback for all our colleagues that cared for your daughter today on Oak ward. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with us today and I do hope that your daughter is recovering well from her ear procedure.

We are proud of the collaborative team work from all the members of our teams that you mention - so many colleagues make this happen. I shall absolutely share this with all teams and hopefully individuals will recognise the role they played today to support you and your daughter so positively. I do hope we manage to identify our colleague with the round Harry Potter glasses - he will know who he is from your story!
