(as a service user),

Collapsed on Friday evening after dinner. Knocked my head and husband called 999. Call handler was fantastic in keeping my husband calm as I lay on the floor. Paramedics arrived within 5 mins which was very reassuring after all the negative press in the media over the past 18 months. The 2 paramedics were fantastic. The care they provided was brilliant and took really good care of me. Explained everything they were doing and why. I can’t thank them enough. This is no exaggeration but they saved my life and I will be forever in their debt.
