About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Theatres, Recovery and Anaesthetics

(as a service user),

I was admitted to the same day admission unit for a procedure I had waited on for some time, the nurses were attentive and kept me updated throughout my time on the ward.  Dr Gurrero was amazing and explained the procedure in detail, ensuring I new what to expect post operatively.  Following my procedure the nurses in recovery were amazing despite being very busy, I was then transferred to ward 49.  The nurses were amazing, very attentive and made sure I was as comfortable as could be expected. I cannot fault the hospital or staff. My experience was very good.
